A pricing Structure for a new age
Whilst trying to decide how to charge our clients, we came up against a lot of deadends. Our development process means that we finish projects in less than ½ the time it takes others (yes, even vibe coding), so charging by the hour didn’t seem fair. Monthly retainers and maintenance fees seemed like a poor excuse for an agency to get paid for doing nothing. And well…we didn’t exactly want to waste our talents on being employees.
So we landed on per function pricing.
I hear you “what the hell does that mean?”. It’s different, I get it. But if you want to change the whole industry for the better, you’ve got to be okay with doing things differently.
